Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, internal groups)
- Filter CVs, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews
- Recruit ambassadors, students, and other roles for different departments
- Support the content team in creating behind-the-scenes content (Instagram, TikTok) to reflect work life at USAM
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/spreadsheets)
- Draft job descriptions and assist in employer branding campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role priorities
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and digital content
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, job boards, and content creation tools
- Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
