Join Our Dynamic Team as a Cold Caller/Customer Service Representative!
Oaktree Equity is a real estate company based in the US. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Cold Caller to join our team.
Type: Full-time - FULLY REMOTE
Salary: $423 USD monthly plus bonus up to $40 -$70 month



Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list of leads.
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, promotions, and services
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into completed sales
• Build and maintain positive relationships with contacts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to learn and assess new software independently.
• Must have good spelling and grammar writing skills for documentation purposes.
• Must have a reliable internet connection.
• Completion of an internet speed test (it's required). Upload: 5.00 Mbp, Download: 10.00 Mbps.
• Noise canceling headsets are a must, we can work with them if they don't have noise canceling headsets provided they get them promptly.
• Must be trainable and be able to listen and participate while being coached.
