Internship Description
- Help organize team-building activities and events.
- Support employee recognition programs for achievements.
- Assist in creating and distributing engagement.
- Update internal communication channels with engagement content.
- Promote initiatives to reinforce company culture.
- Help coordinate wellness activities and workshops.
- Support programs to welcome and engage new hires
- Collect and analyze feedback from employee surveys.
- Assist in preparing engagement reports for HR.
- Contribute new ideas to enhance employee engagement.
Internship Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- HR Diploma Preferred
