Job Description
  • Develop and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
  • Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, engaging visual content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Prepare and deliver final artwork files in appropriate formats for production and digital deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of infographics, diagrams, and other educational materials to support learning and innovation initiatives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and product launches.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is a plus.
