Description — The project manager role is responsible on the success of the projects delivery, allocate and assign resources, track resources and activities, follow up with all stake holders , talking the ownership on the service delivery projects once the contract is signed, throughout the project closure and sign-of. — Runs complex projects/programs from design, pilot, to production deployments. — Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. — Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation. — Creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. — Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. — Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group. — Efficiently identifies and solves project and services issues. — Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. — Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. — Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. — Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. — Effectively communicates relevant project information. — Sets and manages client expectations. — Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative resolutions. — Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Qualifications • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a must. • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field. • Minimum 5-8 years of project management for IT projects. • Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT processes. • IT service management solid background . • Professional in Microsoft Project client and server. • Microsoft Applications – Office Applications. • Advanced knowledge in the information technology.
