Description     PRIMAY DUTIES:  Settling the reimbursement claims (which includes cheque preparation, cheque deliveries and reconciliation in Tatsh)  Provide professional correspondence with insured members and insurance companies internally and externally (i.e. insurance companies and their clients related with claims)  Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients as required  Provide assistance to senior accountant on his absence which includes settling the network claims, distribution of salaries, following up the receivables, petty cash, bank reconciliation, payables and filing documents.  Resolve accounting discrepancies.  Record and document financial transactions  Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.  Monitor financial transactions to determine accuracy, completeness and conformance to established policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting standards
Qualifications    • Relevant University Degree • 2+ years experience as an accountant • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and general Internet and research skills) • Accurate and strongly analytical • Show communication and time management skills. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.  Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices  Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail, time management skills.  Capable of perceiving problems as they develop and communicating such to their immediate superior

Comments    Will be reporting to the Manager – Finance; however, might coordinate closely with other departments across the company. Ideally, work will be in an ordinary office environment. On 6unique circumstances, might require longer working hours than the 8-5 normal working day.
