Description — Participate in a team environment to prepare EOM & EOY financial statements — Participates in preparation of schedules for the annual audit. — Works directly with auditors to answer questions — Create monthly invoices for our customers — Manage collections team and follow up on their outcomes — Reconcile the Accounts Receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly — Serves as an extra resource when needed within the department. — Performs position specific job functions at an acceptable level — Work with and support sales department and customers as required — Other duties as assigned
Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong understanding of accounting theory • 2+ years accounting/finance experience; • Highly detail oriented and organized in work • Ability to meet assigned deadlines • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results • Fluent in English is a MUST
