Description 1- Monitor ATMs and the Communication status through different available utilities. 2- Contact the Cash in Transit Companies for first line maintenance. 3- Create incidents on the ticketing system. 4- Cash level Monitoring through determining devices that reach filling level. 5- Create Log, and Close Tickets and Incidents. 6- Provide first level support for ATM events 7- Working on rotation shifts to support the company different services so as to ensure maximum Service level and availability.
Qualifications • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is required • Previous experience in ATM • Good analytical skills • Excellent computer skills
