Description 1. Responsible for all the accounting transaction for the import department. 2. Responsible for handle and issuing freight & customs clearance cheques. 3. Responsible for the issuing the purchase order. 4. Responsible for the negotiation with the foreign suppliers and contact them regarding the goods. 5. Responsible for collecting offers from the shipping companies. 6. Responsible for choose and confirm the suitable offer with the shipping companies & issuing the shipping order. 7. Responsible for make the follow up with shipping co. until the goods reaches the Destination port. 8. Responsible for make the follow up with the customs clearance co. 9. Responsible for revising customs values and the preparation of customs cheques. 10. Responsible for the follow up for the goods cleared from customs authority till in reach our warehouse. 11. Over all have a good knowledge about the logistics series
Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce or Business administration, English language proficiency. Good knowledge of Office package & Internet. Good presentation skills
