Description 1. Understands and uses marketing material production processes. 2. Develops marketing materials plan and ensures that all materials effectively sell our services. 3. Incorporates diversity in all materials in accordance with company policy and procedures. 4. Uses basic graphic design terminology, layout and design standards. 5. Manages inventory of marketing materials and ensures all are up to date. 6. Manages marketing material budget in co-operation with marketing Supervisor. 7. Maintains compliance with the vendor contract monitoring procedures. 8. Manages budgets within specified company guidelines and procedures. 9. Prepares and formats reports using data gathering techniques and established tracking standards. 10. Tracks and measures the effectiveness of marketing materials. 11. Knows our target market and clients. 12. Understanding of our business, marketing materials and business jargon, the unique point of difference and our services. 13. Measurement of the return on investment (ROI); marketing materials, product / service modification(s) using measurement documentation procedures. 14. Works in coordination with the department team on marketing events. 15. Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
Qualifications • Strong IT Knowledge • Computer literate • Comfortable with technology and the use of standard office programs and networks. • Have a good eye for detail. • Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing techniques • Strong knowledge of Photoshop and other designing tools. • creative thinker • decision making acumen • problem solver • takes responsibility • demonstrates personal integrity & honesty • Able to prepare basic reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication.
