Description Responsible for the Management of the funding program, including the issuance of new securities. Assist with the issuance of unsecured. Management of outstanding transactions. Development of new asset classes to securitize and support investor relations program. Manages Foreign Exchange and Interest rate risk. Develop and recommend financial policies, capital structures as well as debt/capital strategies. Oversees the management of cash balances and disbursements through implementation of adequate controls. Forecast cash payments and anticipate potential challenges arising from limited cash flow.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with minimum 3 years experience in Treasury. Post graduate qualification in Accounting/Finance is an asset. Qualitative analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent command of both English & Arabic languages & MS Office skills is a must.
