Description     1-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. 2-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. 3-Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls. 4-Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. 5-Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. 6-Assist in the roll-out of new applications. 7-Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades. 8-Perform other related duties as assigned.  
Qualifications    1- Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2- Minimum 1 year of experience in a same position. 3- Good command of both written and spoken English. 4- Network+ and/or CCNA certification is a plus. 5- Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN–IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable. 6- Accuracy, excellent analytical skills, alertness and precession when dealing with hardware, software or data.
