Description 1—Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. 2—Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. 3—Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. 4—Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. 5—Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. 6—Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. 7—Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. 8—Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements and securing company data and information. 9—Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. 10—Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Qualifications 1.Excellent understanding of network infrastructure components & design (Software and Hardware). 2.Good knowledge in administration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange server. 3.Good knowledge in administration and maintenance of IIS server & SharePoint. 4.Good grasp of SQL server database administration, preferred to be certified MCDBA. 5.Knowledge of database performance optimization techniques. 6.Knowledge of the use of MS Project (or similar programs) is a must. 7.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
