Description Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Hire, train, and evaluate employees in sales , promoting or dismissing workers when appropriate-reference BLOOM WAY, in accordance with BLOOM HR team and Top Management. Train staff on in-store policies, department procedures, and job duties. Assign employees to specific duties. Plan and prepare work schedules, break periods and keep records of employees work schedules and time cards. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level and inventory that is near to expiry. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. Examine products purchased for sale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold. Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as selling merchandise, assist and ensuring cleaning and organizing shelves and displays. Assist in developing new competitive advantages and keep close eye on market trends and new products. Initiate new ideas and initiatives to support BLOOM and share it with R&D department.
Qualifications Minimum very good grade at BLOOMs eligibility programs.
