Description Provide technical and network support to all AmCham staff Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network. Provide technical support for BIC services (VC ” OTS). Provide technical support for AmCham Training Lab. Troubleshoot and Provide technical support to RightFAX users. Encode and Stream AmCham Events Media for publishing on the website. Manages and leads continuous improvements of MS active directory, DHCP, DNS, Antivirus systems and Windows Update service.. Create, maintain, and comply with corporate and departmental standard operating procedures.
Qualifications Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and possess excellent oral and written English as well as perfect communications skills. A work experience of 0-1 years of experience in technical support.
