Description To Support Sourcing team in business continuity, new projects, maintaining quality & innovation. Support Sourcing team in: SAP Operation )Business continuity); SAP user access management; E-shop/SRM local admin (vendor creation, user creation. maintain user); Ensure on time delivery. quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary in relation with procurement of goods & services; Perform transactions on SAP system on daily basis for all job aspects; manage procurement process of purchase orders; maintain purchasing quality standards by proactively identify trends & suggest changes to the process to improve efficiency & possess creativity; negotiate with internal clients & suppliers in development of order & delivery flow which enable products & services reach end users in a timely manner; Report KPIs & sourcing scorecards; act as enterprise resource planning system point of contact for training and direct users to training materials: manage & process procurement reports for top management on monthly basis.
Qualifications BA of relevant academic studies, as well as 2-3 years of experience + SAP technical skills
