Description — Organize and facilitate project planning, reviews, sprint planning, release planning, demos, and other project related activities. — Identify, manage and mitigate risks, impediments, and dependencies. — Coordinate and communicate plan and budget changes to team leaders, managers, and stakeholders. — Work across cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products on time and within budgets. — Track and report project progress and critical path to stakeholders. — Manage project budgets, scope, feature requests/requirements and resolve project issues across the software portfolio. — Create, manage and track project milestones, including, but not limited to — Project schedules — Detailed project plans — Project scope statements — Resource plans — Status reports
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. • At least 4 years of experience managing software projects. • At least 2 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • At least 2 years of experience on new software development projects including planning, coordinating, and executing a project from inception to release. • Open and transparent communication style, willing to surface and champion the tough issues. • Ability to understand and communicate the big picture, and work with attention on details when needed. • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills and the ability to influence across the organization. • Strong conflict resolution skills. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. • Experience with Microsoft Project Server and/or Microsoft project professional

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Knowledge of ISO Standards. • Experience with engineering software is a plus (this is not a classic IT position). • Experience with software projects including key interfaces to firmware and hardware. • Experience with Microsoft TFS. • Certification in Agile development methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP). • Active participant in software project management community with keen interest in the latest best practices and trends.
