Description Develop, implement and maintain a budget planning process for the team. — Develop the business plan for the team. — Follow up on performance of team members and review their objectives with Department Head. — Develop, implement and maintain a process for monitoring the teams performance in terms of achieving its targets and objectives. — Coordinate with other departments to ensure the closing of transactions in a timely manner. — Review the credit package including clients business study, financial analysis, projections, industry analysis, proposed structure of the lease, terms, conditions and covenants. — Ensure efficient Customer Service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees. — Maintain a professional working relationship with external customers and internal Colleagues. — Develop new business ideas which suit the market condition. — Give support and encouragement to the colleagues under-supervision, and developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firms objectives. — Provide assistance to Department Head on staffing plans and business development. — Encouraging a culture of team spirit among the team members
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/ Business Administration. • Credit certified is a must. • Minimum 9 years’ experience in credit & marketing. • Certified Risk Diploma/CFA/MBA is a plus.

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Good leadership skills. • Strong marketing, communication & negotiation skills. • A track record in achieving short & long term individual and institutional goals. • Self-motivated, problems solver, adaptable and with good judgment skills.
