Description     Check the customer/ provider behavior periodically and address the notification , in official format to CUSTOMER & SERVICES PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER, for further action and advice.- Review complaint notifications, ensuring that all necessary documents are provided by the insured/ provider and assist in the inspection of complaint documents. Handle & process the notified complaints reviewed by CUSTOMER & SERVICES PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER and respond to the insured/ provider, within allocated time frame.- Acknowledge the receipt of notified complaints received from the insured/ provider, and summaries the action shall taken within allocated time frame,follow the archiving of closed file in serial in specified file for those purposes. Follow the bending query/ complaint within allocated time frame and update the insured/ provider with the latest status. Follows the approved procedures, systems, guidelines and ensures that quality service standards are maintained.- Ensures efficient cooperation with other Company Departments concerned in particular with regard to the follow-up and renewal of insurance policies, as necessary.
Qualifications    - Should have been employed in the Medical insurance business, financial firm, or banking for at least 2 years, with experience gained in both the customer services and medical assistance aspects
