Description Fully understand the Companys mission and values, commit to them, and enforce them among his/her people. — Fully understand Company and Department OGSM, commit to them and develop action plans that ensure meeting related objectives and goals. — Deliver tangible business growth. — Set objectives for Brand (Share and marketing support). — Ensure that the right initiatives/projects for the business are in place and follow-up on their implementation. — Achieve business objectives, including contributing to achieving Brand profit objective. — Contribute to strategic direction of the business. — Become involved in corporate planning. — Have a strategic feel of the competitive situation in the market, and have long-term plans for pre-emptying competitive developments. — Secures management approval on annual marketing budgets. — Executes the approved marketing campaigns and calendar activities and initiatives. — Maintains tight control on the marketing spends. — Develops brand communication plan, and manages new concepts, campaigns testing and evaluation. — Leads new campaigns and advertising material development. — Leads the media agencies briefing process on planned media activities — Proposes the required research studies and projects for the brands. — Leads briefing process with the commissioned research agencies. — Manage a team of Assistant Brand Managers and Brand Managers and ensure the implementation of their development programs
Qualifications A Bachelor degree in a related field. •5 Years of relevant working experience. at least 2 years as a brand manager in a top multinational FMCG •Perfect Command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages •Proficient in using Ms. Office package
