Description 1.Receive customers bill from the concerned accountant to be delivered on time to the customer. 2.Review the bill and compare it with the customers purchase order (PO). 3.Save a copy of the bill in each customer file to follow it up on time. 4.Follow up - during 2 working days from the date of sending the bill to customer - with the customer to ensure that bill is received and there is no problem with it. 5.Solve any obstacle regarding the bill with the concerned employees to ensure sending the bill with correct info. 6.Deliver the credit note to different customer after receiving it from the concerned accountant. 7.Visit customers to receive companys cheques and deliver it to the concerned accountant. 8.Communicate &Follow up all cheques and dues on time with different customers. 9.Perform any other duties assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications Bachelor degree. 1 to 3 years of experience in either accounting or sales Good command of English language spoken and written. Very Good computer skills. Very good follow up and interpersonal skills. Very good organization skills and well disciplined. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
