Description Job Purpose: Schedule the project in execution steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to their assigned posts on construction site(s). Inspect and review project(s) to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. —Supervise staff and workers —Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained —Take action to recover from delays caused by bad weather, emergencies, or any events of similar nature at construction site(s) —Prepare and administrate the requisition of supplies and materials needed to ensure the completion of the construction project on time and budget
Qualifications - Experience in Contractors Companies •Knowledge of business and management principles involved planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
