Description 1.Answers and book all inbound calls from landline and mobile. 2.Coordinate demos dates and names between the sales department and PS department. 3.Contact point for all PS members. 4.Reserve hotels for the consultants. 5.Coordinate and arrange meetings for PS department (Date, Time and needed resources) and reserve the meeting room for the internal meetings. 6.Coordinate and manage devices used with PS department and record them including when, whom and device information to be up to date so we can follow any missed device 7.Follow up assigned issues from PM and PS Manager and HR-Department to another parties. 8.Reserve trip tickets for PMs and Consultants. 9.Prepare the PO`s for the PS department and sign it from PS department Manager then submit it to the GM admin office to be signed. 10.Push notification to all PS
Qualifications 1•Bachelors degree in Business or related field 2•Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills 3•Very good computer skills 4•Ability to handle stress 5•Excellent English command 6•Ability to handle multiple priorities. 7. Excelent communication skills.
