Description     —Administer the HR Department daily tasks in addition to Customer Care department. —Arrange appointments, prepare agenda and take minutes of meeting. — Ordering stationary supplies. —Handel the vacations of all Medmark Employees. —Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. —Setup and coordinate meetings. —Meeting & greeting customers.
Qualifications    •Presentable & punctual. •Pleasant with very good communication skills. •Must be able to work under pressure. •Team player & Quick Learner. •Excellent in using Microsoft office skills.
