Description 1.Ensure the developmental needs of all children are met within a framework of planned activity and early learning experiences. 2.Handling parents complains. 3.In coordination with the staff team, prepare a long, medium and short term curriculum plans. 4.Ensure high standards of quality assurance in all areas of the early years curriculum. 5.Work in partnership with the staff team and management committee to implement a broad, balanced and appropriate early years curriculum. 6.Adhere to the child protection policy and report any cause of concern. 7.Organize and facilitate term progress meetings with parents whenever its needed. 8. Support, implement and regularly review all policies and procedures in partnership with the management committee 9. Manage nurserys budget 10. Ensure the branch is adequately insured and all safety equipment is maintained and regularly serviced (incl. fire equipment, first aid resources) 11. Regularly monitor and evaluate the quality of the service 12. Prepare a monthly newsletter for parents. 13. Facilitate regular staff meetings and curriculum planning meetings. 14. Offer support, advice, supervision and direction to the staff team and promote a strong sense of teamwork. 15. Co-ordinate recruitment and selection procedures when 16.Necessary in partnership with the management 17.Carry-out regular appraisal of staff performance
Qualifications -Communication Skills. -Any other foreign language is a plus - leadership - able to work under pressure - Time management
