Description Conduct inspections for new projects/ Assure work quality and complete customer satisfaction with services rendered/ Distribute staff according to operational requirements/ Liaison between HK and HR regarding HK staff needs and requirements/ Create monthly stock orders for clients/ Perform monthly inspection and inventory of supplies and equipment/ Conduct Monthly Staff meetings/ Review staff issues and problems/ Review annual leave schedule/ Create Training Distribution List/ Do offers, costing, budgets and P&L/ Negotiate contract renewal with the existing clients/ Health and Safety awareness/ Maintain ISO filing / Do cost allocation of mission for the HK Department/ Defend company interests in front of clients
Qualifications Strong management skills/ Ability to maintain and strengthen moral/ Fair disciplinarian/ Well organized
