Description Maintains the technical conditions and performs activities to the assigned equipment in order to ensure the continuous and reliable operation, to maximize production and product quality according to safety standards. Use and upload factory systems with data regarding the maintenance plans, maintenance execution, spare parts in/out. Carry out maintenance (preventive / planned / subassembly rebuilding) in accordance with procedures in order to ensure equipment availability for production and minimize the interruption of equipment running ability. Prepare the weekly maintenance plan, follow up the executed tasks and ensure the spare parts flow. Coordinate and execute tasks in case of machines overhauling working and assisting the manufacturer specialists. Accurate adjustment and fixes the quality and operational troubles in order to improve the quality of the product, to decrease reject rate and to improve the efficiency Anticipate and/or identify sources of problems, which appear during production process and take appropriate actions to ensure production process continuity and to improve the equipments efficiency. Timely inform his / her superior, colleagues about the events during the shift, discuss related problems and agree on action plans thus contribute to uninterrupted operation at required performance level.
Qualifications University degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in production and maintenance. Proficient in English language MS Office
