Description Process all staffing and personnel request to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively . Ensures that all employees data is up-to-data and all HR process comply with labor low . Assists in developing and implementing HR programs and practices consistent with HR strategy and assess their effectiveness. Manages the implementation and interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of disciplines, organization and transactional justice across the company. Oversee the provision of HR services in line with policy guidelines to ensure employee satisfaction at optimal cost , time and quality . Ensures that all employees files & records are updated and complete . Administers employees work attendance and monitor their punctuality . Coordinates the employee annual leave schedules and leave processing , and update all annual leave issue . Prepares new hire and termination paperwork. Prepares employment certificate / income certificate / service certificate upon request . Follow up and ensure that all issue related to medical insurance are accomplished properly with no delays or errors . Prepares employee contracts , assign and enter employee identification numbers into the personnel system . Initiates follow up procedures to ensure that deadlines are met . Performs the renewal of contracts and preparations of residency visas
Qualifications Excellent command English . • Excellent ( word , power point , ms project , outlook ) . • Excellent management skills (planning , organizing , controlling , leading ) . • Excellent negotiation , communication , and analytical skills . •Ability to set priorities , identify and address problems , meet deadlines , and independent employee , proactive .

Education major Business Administration
Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Minimum 10 years ‘experience in personnel preferably with a manufacturing company.
