Description Perform controls of the product quality according to the established sampling plan, using PMI methods and guidelines, in order to ensure that our products meet the PM quality standards. Initiates on hold reports for finished goods, if necessary. Achieve the annual objectives established during the annual performance evaluation process MAP. Fill in the quality measurement data in laboratory reporting system, prepare basis reports and assure first evaluation of the results. In case of problems, timely inform the interested personnel, for efficiently eliminate the problems. Follow-up the implementation of the solutions until the problem is solved. verify and calibrate responsibly the measurement equipment of quality parameters, in due time, to ensure the accuracy of the results. Perform inspection of product quality nonconformities (hinge lids, display cartons), according to PMI methods and guidelines. Investigate nonconformities, prepare the report, segregate the quantities (conform and non-conform) and perform transactions in informational systems. Based on the knowledge about the process, assure the on-floor support, in order to identify nonconformities. Provide quality technical assistance for operators and for maintenance personnel, to eliminate the nonconformities. Contribute to preparation, update and progress of structured trainings in Quality Assurance field, for Secondary/Primary personnel. Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production processes.
Qualifications Minimum two years of experience in a similar position (FMCG experience is highly preferred). Proficient in English language. MS Office
