Description —Tracking house sale progress in terms of processing, dispatching, contracting and ordering invoice. —Maintaining and updating customer databases and managing customer relationships. —Assisting customers and answering their questions. —Manage and maintain Sales Director & sales Manager Schedules. —Attend indoor meetings in order to record minutes. —Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials. —Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by sales manager and director of sales. —Following up direct sales leads. —Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. —Assist Sales Manager.
Qualifications *Bachelors degree with grade not less than V. Good. *Excellent English language. *Excellent Communication skills. *Fresh graduates are welcomed. *6 Oct or Giza residents are preferred.
