Description 1.Coaches, mentors, trains and assists Service Desk Analysts on a day-to-day operational basis through their more advanced knowledge of the technology and tools used within the Service Desk/ Support. 2.Coaches, mentors, trains and assists Service Desk Analysts on a day-to-day, operational basis on Service Desk and ICT policies, processes and procedures; 3.Monitors incident management tool queues, ensuring incidents and requests are properly reviewed and resolved within the Service Level Agreements established with IT business units. 4.Identifies gaps in processes and procedures and advises the appropriate owner within Service Desk or ICT and participates in Service Improvement Plans as required. 5.Creates/updates/deletes knowledge documents and support documentation used by Service Desk; including incident management support models; assists Team Lead, ICT Service Desk in training Service Desk Analysts on new knowledge records and support documentation.
Qualifications 1•+3 years of experience in an IT environment, MS Operating Systems and SQL Server 2008 and 2012 troubleshooting. 2•Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Active Directory models. 3•Working knowledge of and experience with technical writing; authoring support documentation typically associated with IT Service Desks. 4•Strong customer service orientation and oral communication skills. 5•Analytical thinking on the advanced levels 6•Problem solving skills on the advanced levels
