Description Identify roles to be filled within the organization this will be approved by the HR Manager Responsible for manpower planning Assists the HR Manager in designing job descriptions Responsible for sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels. Updates the organizational structure as and when required Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews. Monitors and reviews the effectiveness of resourcing and administration HR processes on a regular basis and puts in place relevant programme(s) designed to achieve improvements where appropriate. Provides and analyses statistical data to inform this process which will also be provided to departmental, senior management and external agencies. Work in partnership with HR colleagues and recruiting managers to develop - proactive recruitment policy, practices and initiatives which support recruitment of high quality staff. Reviews and develop specific policies, procedures and practice in accordance with HR strategy, organizational issues, employment law and best practice. Project manages the development and delivery of key HR initiatives to secure a positive improvement in delivery/policy.
Qualifications . A very high degree of analytic skills and emphasis on details and appropriate follow-up. HR diploma is a must •Associates degree in Management or related discipline.
