Description 1.Establish, manage and review Sales team productivity goals to exceed Company targets; 2.Establish and demonstrate uncompromising customer service standards; 3.Train Sales team on product knowledge, selling and operational skills; 4.Managing and ensuring availability of the products inventory and ordering of merchandise from different warehouses and points of sale; 5.Maintain and manage stores visuals and floor displays; 6.Manage inventory and regular reporting of stock needs; 7.Forecast yearly sales targets based on market forecasts and sales trends; 8.Support management with merchandising and buying decisions; 9.Comply and support all Company standards and policies across stores.
Qualifications Retail experience specialized in ready to wear in medium high brands. Managerial Sales Skills.
