Description — Monitoring MS Exchange 2003/ 2007 core Services. — Handling Project Server 2003/2007/2010 issues. — Managing servers (SQL 2008, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Print and DC). — Systems management, computing, networking and maintenance. — Fixing H/W and S/W problems for internal and external clients. — Provided second level support to internal Help Desk to resolve user concerns with specific applications. — Assisted in deploying Help Desk, including software selection and development of procedures Worked on the Help Desk to provide support for software, printing, and network access issues. — Handling Network layout editing. — Backup and Administration in VSS ‘Microsoft Visual SourceSafe–. — Managing user, computer, and group accounts and managing resources access. — Exchange 2003 maintaining and troubleshooting. — Managing client connections to Exchange 2003. — Sales programs and Management in the IT Department. — Arrange the support needed for new IS projects and development. — Using Acronis utilities to capture any image or partitioning. — Arrange the support needed for new is projects and development . — Implement advanced security systems using IP security technology. — Monitor network and Internet performance on ISA Servers, TMG Server. — Managing client connections to Exchange 2003Managing group policies for Sites, Domain and organizational units. —Backup for Exchange & Active Directory.
Qualifications +4 years of experience. Microsoft (MCITP or MCSE), Networking (CCNA or CCNP) Routing & Switching , Firewall hardware or software (TMG or ISA), Corporate antivirus, Cisco VOIP (Cisco call manager), Surveillance systems, Microsoft-Exchange (preferred), Knowledge of backup solutions. Well organized, committed, and able to work under stress.
