Description     —Maintain database of foreign suppliers contacts. —Follow up purchasing orders & foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis. —Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time. —Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices & to reach better payment terms. —Communicate with Suppliers to get required documents for Clearance & Shipping Conditions. —Follow up the bank procedures such as issuing L/Cs and L/Gs —Reach Best Freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time. —Shipment follow-up in order to reduce lead time & avoid delivery issues. —Study alternatives to obtain unavailable items & search for new suppliers. —Prepare Paper Work for Review Customs & Taxes per shipment. —Follow up Delivery Problems as soon as it happens & resolve it rapidly with the lowest cost. —Periodically evaluate suppliers to reach the best performance
Qualifications    •Bachelor degree preferable Engineering or Commerce “Foreign Trade or Business Administration”. •Very good computer skills, SAP Awareness will be an asset, Self-motivated, Decision maker. •High Communication & Negotiation Skills. •Work under pressure with minimum Supervision.
