Description 1- follow up with the logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries. 2- Continually reviewing and analyzing stock and operational plans for ensuring adequate stock availability of all products across all company. 3- Advise on current and future in market sales against business targets/forecasts from past trends and take a lead role in identifying solutions to complex problems. 4- Identify trends of shortages and implement robust reporting and shortage contingency plans. 5- Create Purchase Orders on local / foreign vendors, where parts are required to be purchased. 6- Create sales & distribution performance reports, completing measurement and tracking KPIs of sales & distribution sales channels. 7- Update the sales and workshop associates on the ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) of customer orders on a daily basis. 8- Processed receipt discrepancy claims on vendors and follow up for claim settlement. 9- Enhance productivity through giving the right analytic input on the planning of New Product Launch based on the market and competitors activity feedback from the Marketing department.
Qualifications - B.Sc. of engineering or equivalent. - Automotive background is a must.
