Description     Quickly drive to resolution product issues reported by customers. —Debug customer reported failures, produce test cases to replicate failure and log issues with QA and Engineering teams. —Exhibit technical expertise around assigned Click ability products and/or services. —Participation in building training programs to build and maintain knowledge cohesion among the Customer Success organization —Maintaining community forums —Deployment planning, deployment and testing —Follow-up with unsatisfied customers to ensure their issues are resolved and the customer is satisfied. —Monitor support case queue and turn over. —Helping customers solve technical platform issues. —Answering questions from customers about features of our products. —Engage with Operations, Engineering and Professional Services, understand and continuously improve support and escalation process. —Handle escalated customer technical support issues through email and phone. —Work with Services team at different stages of customer on-boarding. —Contribute to technical knowledge base. —Updating product training material and documentation. —Diligently drive improvements to the product and engineering groups on product related bugs and issues.
Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience providing technical support for a web software application • Experience developing in an object oriented programming environment • Experience developing/programming web based solutions that include the following technologies: Velocity, HTML, CSS or other equivalent programming language • Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, trace route and ns lookup • Experience with Sales force and or other CRM software • Knowledge of Linux and or Unix • Experience in a "customer facing" role • Experience with Amazon Web Services • Experience working in a SaaS based product environment • Proficient in performing root cause analysis

Other Skills    Demonstrated ability to write clean, concise and well commented object oriented coding language • Demonstrated ability to communicate status, deliver projects on time and predict/estimate effort • Knowledge and passion for web technology; ability/desire to continually extending your knowledge. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated, work independently and be self-directed: o Strong analytical and problem solving abilities including pattern recognition and finding the right solution versus the fastest solution o Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills o Multitasking ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
