Description Develops, and monitors the proper application of the Accounting Department policies and procedures guidelines ensuring its compliance across the organization. Ensures the companys accounting policies are compliant with regulations of the stipulated Egyptian laws including: sales, income and general taxes, to eliminate any liabilities on the company. Prepares the departments budgets, and monitors monthly expenditures against the approved budget. Manages and monitors purchasing activities and reports. Monitors and approves organization in-and-out cash, and issues monthly cash-flow reports to the Management Team. Monitors companys assets status and records while ensuring its safety and proper insurance coverage. Liaisons with the external auditor to ensure all observation are implemented in due time and with the level of efficiency required. Prepares the companys consolidated accounting and statistical, reflecting the companys financial performance and presents to Managing Director for decision making purpose. Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time. Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk. Responding to inquiries from the CEO regarding financial results, special reporting requests. Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
Qualifications Leadership and Interpersonal skills Team management and interpersonal skills Time Management Skills. Work under Pressure Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills Excellent organization skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills
