Description 1- Provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. 2- Network infrastructure adminstrator and supervise the network activities on the network equipment's through planning and implementation with alignment of the central network team. 3- Client User support and Helpdesk Management ensuring the suitable work environment for the user to perform the operational work on daily basis with smoothness and ease. 4- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of the servers, PCs, hardware, software, and peripherals. 5- Analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructures. 6- Administration of the local servers and ensure the central support of the central servers, following fixing problems and incidents with the least effect and shortest maintenance windows.
Qualifications - B.Sc. in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineer. - Strong knowledge in IT operations and infrastructure. - Strong knowledge in Windows Server 2012, Exchange, VMware, Sun storage, Cisco IP Phone.
