Description -Responsible for full compliance of the work being executed at project with the contract documents requirement. - Monitoring all project QA/QC activities - Setting up and monitoring quality systems including Quality Control Procedures and Plans for the site execution processes. - Supervising the Site QA/QC Teams including site material testing laboratory. - Handling Quality issues with the Project Management. - Identifying training needs & Setting up and providing appropriate Quality training for the project personnel. - Ensuring that Client complaints are adequately monitored and the concerns dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion. - Ensuring that Quality records are correctly maintained. - Managing the process of inspecting work and materials on site. - Writing method statements, checklists and inspection test plans for site works. - Review of work procedures to ensure their compliance with the Contracts quality requirements - Preparation of Project Close out Documents for the project hand over. - Assisting in facilitating the Management Review process and following up actions on site items from the management review meetings.
Qualifications - Engineer with Minimum 5 years in a managerial position -Computer skills should include competency in MS Word and Excel, knowledge of MS Access is an advantage.
