Description Manage our sales operations by selling our CCTV and Access Control Systems, Large Corporate and Multinational Companies. Coach and counsel staff in tactical sales strategy for individual territories and perform evaluation and analysis. Coordinating and developing marketing tools to ensure that sales activities reflect the companys marketing objectives and increase total sales. Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies. Manage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers. Determine customers needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs. Conduct live demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy. Maintain High Level of Product and Vendor Knowledge.
Qualifications Master’s degree or B.SC. In Communications or Electronics Engineering from a recognized educational institute. A Professional Sales Manager with 7+ years of diversified experience in spearheading major initiatives in sales management, strategic planning and business development. Able to lead by example, coach, train and develop employees. Very Good Organization, Interaction and Presentation Skills. Able to set clear direction and fulfil business goals. A fast-paced, goal oriented individual who can provide world-class service to our customers. Able to learn products, sales processes, and systems. Able to establish and maintain good customer service with internal and external customers Able to resolve conflicts and effectively problem solve High Management & Decision Making Skills. Knowledgeable in Security products, marketing, local and regional needs and competition. Effective Communication Skills.
