Description 1. Define cost centers and operation resources, and agree on the allocation method of the general expenses. 2. Coordinate with all managers to identify allocation basis of cost elements. 3. Review and audit Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices and all costs are adjusted correctly. 4. Analyze actual labor, material, and all overhead cost against Standard/Budget. 5. Implement and apply cost accounting policies and procedures as they are derived. 6. Assist in implementing ERP processes in costing and inventory management, prepare budgets and plans, and set policies and procedures for costing and inventory management. 7. Review all inventory on daily/weekly and monthly basis. 8. Prepare and discuss all reports about the slow moving and non moving items on monthly/quarterly basis. 9. Assist in setting the budgets and plans by cost center, cost element and product. 10. Analyze the actual results versus the planned cost of each product and cost center and attribute the variances to the root cause. 11. Advise the management on the deviations and the root causes and recommend appropriate actions. 12. Prepare reports to assist in controlling materials and work in progress, finished products and obsolete materials. 13. Review of stock control and material management procedures. 14. Ensure that the Companys finance resources are most effectively utilized through monitoring production costs. 15. Act as central point for any revision that may become necessary to the stock- taking procedures 16. Initiate and propose amendments to existing procedures to meet the continuously changing business needs.
Qualifications Very Good English, ERP Systems perfection, Good experience in industrial costing.
