Description — Monitoring pharmacists performance. — Training of junior pharmacists. — Designing pharmacists schedule. — Reports to the manager. — Narcotic drug dispensing to the floors in case of manager absence. — Dispensing medication for the inpatients and outpatients. — Reviewing prescriptions and ensuring the right dose, form, route and concentration is prescribed together with sign of the prescriber. — Reviewing drug sheets daily with the nurses signature and ensure patients are taking right medication at the right time. — Reporting medication errors to pharmacy manager. — Performing on-site inspection for narcotics, medication boxes and crash carts. — Ensure the right raising of medications on the patient account
Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy (Advanced: Post graduate studies in clinical pharmacy or hospital pharmacy. at least 5 years experience in hospital pharmacy field
