Description     -Provide technical assistance and client support -Provide technical assistance and ensure successful client support for company products. -Follow up client support requests until resolution. -Redirect problems to appropriate resource. -Log customer issues and solutions to update SW Technical Support Team Leader. -Conduct training sessions to clients on newly installed software solutions. -Participate in software installation activities in coordination with Engagement Manager. -Adhere to company QMS technical procedures. -Stay current with system information, changes and updates. -Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor
Qualifications    -Bachelors degree in computer science -Microsoft/Oracle certified preferred
