Description Providing day-to-day support to new & existing clients. Managing on going clients relationships to achieve the goals of client satisfaction. Making sure all clients communications means such as phone calls and emails are being handled properly with the required action. Fulfilling all related and required operational reports for all CRM systems, programs and software. Following up on all clients regular installments, payments, postponements, rejected checks, overdue settlements. Ensuring fully awareness with all project updates. Participating in generating the CRM regular newsletter; ensuring its fully distributed to all clients (locally & internationally) and fill the newsletter feedback log report with all gained and harvested clients feeds upon. Resolving product questions, problems & issues.
Qualifications Very Good English language and other languages will be an advantage • 3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate. • Excellent communication skills and pleasant personality. • Very good looking is highly requested
