Description Assist in formulating job descriptions, policies & procedures Update company organization charts with new joiners, leavers, transfers, promotions. Implement all recruitment process, screening, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment records, handling internal job posting, conducting reference checks, exit interviews. Handle the induction process of new comers ensure smooth informative introduction of the new colleague to the business. Maintain updated and complete reporting system including monthly reports. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records Respond to and communicates with the employees through HR related inquires or problems.
Qualifications •Good Communication skills. •Excellent English language. •Excellent in Microsoft office. •3-5 Years of Experience
