Description 1. Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for Manufacturing Plastic components that are used in medical devices production in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications 2. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; Ensuring that the production is cost effective, produced on time and of good quality 3. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed 4. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment 5. Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. 6. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs 7. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed 8. Supervising and motivating the subordinates and reviewing their performance
Qualifications 1. BA of Engineering 2. 9 plus years of experience in plastic production management 3. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. 4. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with both Arabic and English 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
