Description 1. Following financial and administrative regulations of projects to be consistent with the infrastructure contracts and conditions of the Fund. 2. Formulation of contracts for the Department of community infrastructure in accordance with the approved management plan. 3. Preparation of all required reports for projects and annual maintenance. 4. Review and follow-up of financial and technical reports 5. Data entry for projects on MIS system 6. Review of final reports of the infrastructure projects. 7. Preparation of annual reports of the department. 8. Coordination with the Environment Department to meet any environmental requirements for community infrastructure projects. Participate in follow-up studies that are prepared by the Department. 9. Solve problems facing the implementation of projects and meet the requirements of internal and external audit. 10. Preparation of Donors required reports
Qualifications • Bachelor of civil Engineering • Not less than 3 years of working Experience. • Preferably, familiar with the procedures and regulations of tendering and procurement arrangements according to the Egyptian laws and regulations. • The ability to work in a team. • Responsible and willing to work under pressure • Has a good Communication skills • Proficiency in using computer programs • English Language is a MUST
