Control the quality of
lubricating oils & grease used in equipment and maintains records of
performance. Monitor the condition of equipments through periodical tests
(oil analysis, thermographs, alignment measures and others).
Study maintenance procedures
for enhancing and continues improvement (through quality controllers)
Supply the M&R planning
team with the needed reports/data for maintenance planning
Use predictive maintenance
techniques for improving maintenance planning
Control receiving fuel from
Supplier and records of consumption in Operation.
To ensure fuel quality by
periodical Laboratory testing or whenever required.
Maintain and follow up
certification of the lifting equipment.
Follow up accidents repair
cost coverage with concerned Departments and Insurance.
Follow up and assist with
the quality engineers for creating a reliable engineering library for all
manuals and engineering documents
Follow up and coordinate
quality team activities and findings
Actively participate with
PEX by supplying data and assist in results calculation.
Promote a culture to ensure
full compliance with all applicable Safety Standards
Take diligent care of all
