Description * The job holder receives process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered. * Answer Walk-in Customer inquires related to product and service. — * Organizes workflow to meet customer time frames. * Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues. * Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers needs and expectations are met. * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution. * Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager. * Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications - College Degree - CS, Retail and/or Operational experience is a plus. - Good Computer Skills (MS Word-MS Excel- outlook)

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
